Energy of the Week

You may feel in need of a little more space this week, especially if you’ve been feeling pulled between what you need and what other people need from you.

It feels like a week to step back and see things from wider perspective. To notice where you might have been carrying a little too much or forgetting yourself amongst it all.

So give yourself some breathing room this week. You can still care, still show up and still honour what matters, without losing your own freedom, voice, or sense of self in the process.
