Refund & Returns Policy – Sticks & Stones
I want you to love what you receive from Sticks & Stones. If something isn’t quite right, please review the policy below to see whether your order is eligible for a return.
Returns Window
You have 14 days from receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be in the same condition you received it. unused, unaltered, and in its original packaging.
You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Request a Return

If your return is accepted, you’ll be provided with:
The return address
Instructions for sending the item back
A return shipping label (if applicable)
Please do not return any items without contacting me first, as these cannot be accepted or processed.
Damages or Issues
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or faulty, please get in touch within 48 hours of delivery so I can help resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Where possible, include a photo of the item and packaging.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
Please note, I do not accept returns on:
Intuitively selected items or mystery bundles
Custom or personalised products
Sale or discounted items
Gift cards
Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
Exchanges
If you'd like a different item, the quickest way is to place a new order after your return has been accepted and processed.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, I’ll let you know if the refund has been approved. If so, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember that it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund.
If it’s been more than 15 business days since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please reach out via email.
