When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Your order is only confirmed once payment is processed and you receive an email confirmation.

Please review your order carefully before completing checkout, as cancellations are not always possible once an order has been accepted.

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and are subject to change at any time. Prices include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are calculated at checkout unless your order qualifies for free UK shipping.

5. Shipping
Orders are typically dispatched within 3–5 working days via Evri (tracked). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your parcel is on its way.

We currently only ship within the United Kingdom. Due to changes in tax regulations and international customs requirements post-Brexit, we are unable to offer shipping outside the UK at this time.

Please ensure all delivery details are entered correctly. We cannot be held responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
