Shipping Policy

Each order is packed with care, intention, and attention to detail. As a small independent business, I take pride in ensuring your items arrive safely and beautifully presented.

Dispatch Times
Orders are typically dispatched within 3–5 working days. During busy periods, such as seasonal launches or restocks, there may be a slight delay, but you will always be kept informed if this is the case.

Delivery Service
All orders are shipped via Evri (tracked), with updates sent to the email address provided at checkout. A tracking number will be included once your parcel has been dispatched.

Please ensure your delivery details are entered correctly, as I cannot be held responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses.

Free Shipping
– UK orders over £100 qualify for free standard shipping.
– Orders under £100 will incur a flat-rate shipping fee calculated at checkout.

Shipping Within the UK Only
At this time, Sticks & Stones ships only within the United Kingdom.
Due to post-Brexit VAT changes, customs regulations, and the added cost and complexity of appointing overseas tax representatives, international shipping is not currently viable for this small business.

This is not expected to change in the near future, so I’m unable to offer exceptions or provide quotes for shipping outside the UK.
