Hi, I’m Chrystal, the heart and soul behind Sticks & Stones! I’ve always had a deep connection to nature and spirituality, especially the powerful energy found in crystals. After years of using crystals and spiritual tools to enhance my own life, I’m thrilled to be able to share these meaningful treasures with you. Welcome to my first blog post, let’s dive into how Sticks & Stones came to be.

My journey with crystals began several years ago when I was searching for ways to reconnect with my body. I quickly realised how healing and grounding crystals could be. I found myself diving deeper into the world of energy, the lunar cycles, shadow/journaling work, intention and manifestation practices.

After seeing how transformative these practices were in my life, I knew I wanted to help others feel the same. That’s how Sticks & Stones was born, a space where you can explore the beauty of crystals and what they mean to you, the power of intention, and reconnect with your own wellbeing. Each item I offer has been chosen with care and intention to enhance your spiritual practice or bring you peace in your daily life.

At Sticks & Stones, it’s about more than just offering crystals and spiritual tools, it's about supporting you in tapping into your own energy and intentions. Whether you're at the beginning of your spiritual journey or have been exploring it for some time, I want to help you feel grounded, connected, and empowered.

I don’t believe there’s a "right" or "wrong" way to work with crystals. While I personally see the power as coming from within us and our intentions, I also respect and appreciate the many different beliefs surrounding crystal healing. If you'd like, I’m happy to curate packages based on those preferences, but I will always encourage you to trust in your own inner power, as it’s your energy and intentions that shape your experience.
